Caroline is a native to Southern MD and resident of St. Mary’s where she has lived with her husband Ed and family for over 20 years. Since being licensed in 2013 she has become experienced working in custom homes and new construction. Successfully processing a number of projects for Hallmark Homes and Development, Inc. A graduate of The College of Southern MD, Caroline currently continues to be involved through the marketing and product development aspects for Hallmark Homes and Development, Inc. as well as seeking her Bachelors in Science degree from UMUC in legal studies with a minor in cyber security.

Teresa Shasho Clark is a lifelong resident of Charles County. She attended the College of Southern Maryland where she earned the Deans Cup and graduated from St Mary’s Honors College of Maryland. Teresa’s back ground is finance with 8 years of banking and mortgage officer experience. She prides herself on her communication skills and prompt response to her clients and customers. Tyrone brings his 30 years of leadership, underwriting, claims, and customer service experience to Shasho Commercial Real Estate. Tyrone is the Insurance Project Manager for Michael Baker International, an engineering and consulting firm that provides FEMA and its stakeholders with mapping and flood insurance support. From an insurance underwriting and claims perspective, Tyrone's invaluable knowledge of properties creates an in-depth focus on exceeding client needs.
Tyrone enjoys spending time with his wife, Jennifer Gregory, and their children, Paige, Justinn, Jarred, and Faith. He also enjoys mentoring youths and coaching High School football in Washington, DC.
